Academy for Progress: Engaging people to lead
The Academy for Progress focuses on engaging our greatest asset - our people - to attain a higher standard. We believe that there is a wealth of leadership potential in Eastern Indiana. We are not out to create leaders, but unlock the hidden potential of the leaders among us. The Academy for Progress is based on 3 principles: Progress is the outcome of a solid skill base, grounded in integrity, which is entrepreneurially focused; is creative and innovative; solves forward - anticipating growth and future outcomes. Applied to the community setting, "successful" communities solve problems and fix things. "Progressive" communities create, solve forward, and add value. The Academy for Progress provides classes to support four tracks:- Professional: unlock your hidden potential

- Individual: power of initiative
- Youth: potential is power
